Aspirant Dailies

You will be allowed to complete three daily quests at this rank:

Two given each day: Learning The Reins / Training in the Field

Along with one of three given randomly per day: A Blade Fit for a Champion / A Worthy Weapon / The Edge of Winter

Learning The Reins

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 2x Aspirant's Seal and 250 Reputation for The Silver Covenant

After accepting this quest from Scout Shalyndria (76, 19), equip your Alliance Lance and mount a Quel'dorei Steed located just outside the Silver Covenant Pavillion. Ride to the Northern side of the Tournament Grounds (72, 19). Here you will see three types of targets: Charge, Melee and Ranged. While keeping your Shield up (fourth ability), Thrust (first ability) a Melee target five(5) times. Now use your Shieldbreaker (second ability) on a Ranged Target until you get two successful hits while it is unshielded (approx. 5-6 Breakers on a fully shielded target will do the job). Finally, using your Shieldbreaker yet again, remove the Shield stack from a Charge Target to make it a Vunerable Charge Target. Before its shield is refreshed use Charge (third ability). Just be careful the speedboost doesn't send you plummeting off of Icecrown. Use the Charge twice and you will have completed the quest. Return to Scout Shalyndria for your reward.

Training in the Field

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Aspirant's Seal and 250 Reputation for The Silver Covenant

This quest is fairly straight forward. Once you pick it up from Avareth Swiftstrike (76, 19), travel South to Sindragosa's Fall (71, 36) in Icecrown, and kill any eight Undead targets; Frostblood Whelps and Vrykul Necrolords. Cult of the Damned members do not count towards quest credit. Return to Avareth Swiftstrike when you have killed your eight.

A Blade Fit for a Champion

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 2x Aspirant's Seal and 250 Reputation for The Silver Covenant

Pick this quest up from Arcanist Taelis (76, 19) and take a flight (or fly yourself) to Westfall Brigade Encampment in Grizzly Hills. Once you reach Westfall Brigade Encampment, Ashwood Lake (60, 50) is located just South of Camp Oneqwah. Once there, use the provided Warts-B-Gone Lip Balm and /kiss the local Lake Frogs until one transforms into the Maiden of Ashwood Lake (don't forget to reapply your Lip Balm after every smooch). Speak with the Maiden to recieve the Ashwood Brand required to complete the quest. Once you have the sword, return to the Arcanist Taelis in Icecrown.

A Worthy Weapon

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 2x Aspirant's Seal and 250 Reputation for The Silver Covenant

Pick this one up from Arcanist Taelis (76, 19) and fly to the Ironwall Dam (70, 73) in Southern Icecrown. At the base of the dam, pick four(4) Winter Hyacinths (The flowers) and yet again take flight. Make your way to Drak"Mar Lake (92, 25) in the Northeastern corner of Dragonblight, boardering Grizzly Hills, and use the Hyacinths within the floating Lily Circle. After a moment the Maiden of Drak'mar Lake will spawn and present you with the Blade of Drak'mar. Return it Arcanist Taelis in Icecrown for your reward.

The Edge of Winter

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 2x Aspirant's Seal and 250 Reputation for The Silver Covenant

Acquire this quest from Arcanist Taelis (76, 19) and make your way South to hills overlooking the entrance of the Crystal Vice (56, 71) in Southern Crystalsong Forest. There you will find a Revenant named Lord Everblaze. After killing him, loot the Everburning Ember and head to Winter's Breath Lake (42, 19) in Northern Howling Fjord. Use the ember on the Nymph at the Lake's center. Once her "Curse" is lifted, you will recieve the Winter's Edge and are free to return to the Arcanist Taelis in Icecrown for your reward.

Valiant Dailies

As a Valiant, the following dailies are unlocked and you will be able to complete a total of four daily quests:

Three given each day: A Valiant's Field Training / At the Enemy's Gates / The Grand Melee

Along with one of the three given randomly per day when you were an Aspirant: A Blade Fit for a Champion / A Worthy Weapon / The Edge of Winter

A Valiant's Field Training

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Valiant's Seal and 250 Reputation for each: The Silver Covenant and The Faction you currently hold Valiant Status with

Pick this quest up from the Master of Arms for the Faction you currently hold Valiant Status with, and make your way Southwest to 42, 48 - an area North of the Corp'rethar, and West of the Valley of Fallen Heroes in Icecrown. There you will find primarily two types of mobs: Scourge Standard Bearers and Converted Heroes. Start killing the heroes, you only need 10 so it shouldn't take you more than a minute. Careful through, they cast Piercing Howl (an ability that slows your movement speed) which can make it difficult to get away from the mob of NPCs. Once you have killed 10, return to the quest giver at the Tournament Grounds for your reward.

At the Enemy's Gates

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Valiant's Seal and 250 Reputation for each: The Silver Covenant and The Faction you currently hold Valiant Status with

Acquire this quest from the Mount Master for the Faction you currently hold Valiant Status with, and make your way to the Argent Crusade Camp located in the Court of Bones (49, 71), South of Corp'rethar. Mount up on a Stabled Campaign Charger. Here you'll be putting your new found skills in mounted combat to "practical" use. Stack your Defend (fourth ability) to three and make your way out into the court. You'll need to kill 10 Boneguard Scouts (Gargoyles), 15 Boneguard Footmen (Skeletons), and 3 Boneguard Lieutenants (the mounted guys with 1 Defend). The Scouts are nearly one-shot material: a Charge (third ability) or a pair of consecutive Shieldbreaker (second ability) will take them out. Boneguard Footman are even less of a threat - They'll be trampled under the hooves of your mount so just ride over them. As for the Lieutenants, pull them away from their formation and deal with them on their own. They have similar abilities to you, so be prepared to take a hit if your Defend is low. While doing this at all costs AVOID the Boneguard Commanders (Mounted Mobs with 3 Defend). They are equivilent to Faction Champions on the Tournament Grounds but have much more health. After a week or so of practice you'll be ready for them. Once you have the required targets slain, return to the quest giver at the Tournament Grounds for your reward.

The Grand Melee

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Valiant's Seal and 250 Reputation for each: The Silver Covenant and The Faction you currently hold Valiant Status with

Pick this quest up from the Mount Master for the Faction you currently hold Valiant Status with. Step outside the tent and jump on your race's mount. Just North of the Pavillion you'll see the Alliance Valiant Ring. Here you must Challenge and Defeat three Valiants of the Alliance and claim their Mark. Each race fights differently in mounted combat so it would be difficult it elaborate on the methods of handling each. What I can say is that you want to go in with 3 Defend up. Challenge the Valiant from behind and use the space when he/she rides to the center of the ring to charge/thrust and loop for a Shieldbreaker. This will give you enough of a headstart to make this a piece of cake. When you have 3x Mark of the Valiant, return to the quest giver for your reward.

A Blade Fit for a Champion

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 2x Valiant's Seal and 250 Reputation for each: The Silver Covenant and The Faction you currently hold Valiant Status with

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 2x Valiant's Seal and 250 Reputation for each: The Silver Covenant and The Faction you currently hold Valiant Status with

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 2x Valiant's Seal and 250 Reputation for each: The Silver Covenant and The Faction you currently hold Valiant Status with

Champion Dailies

As a Champion, the following dailies are unlocked and you will be able to complete a total of four daily quests along with the Valiant Quests for a second Alliance faction (total of 8 quests daily): Battle Before the Citadel / Threat From Above (Group) / Among the Champions / Taking Battle to the Enemy

From these dailies, you have a choice of reward - Champion's Writ or Champion's Purse. The Writ is currency used to purchase Commendations from Factions you've attained at least Champion Standing with, the Commendation is used to gain 250 reputation with that faction. The Champion's Purse is a 'bag' containing exactly 10g and has the chance to produce an additional Champion's Seal.

Battle Before the Citadel

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal, choice of Champion's Writ OR Champion's Purse and 250 Reputation for each: The Silver Covenant and The Argent Crusade

Acquire this quest from Eadric the Pure in the tent (69, 23) on the West side of the Tournament Grounds and make your way to the Argent Crusade Camp located in the Court of Bones (49, 71), South of Corp'rethar. This quest is very similar to "At the Enemy's Gates" detailed above, with one major difference: your target for this quest is to defeat three Boneguard Commanders. Using tactics similar to facing Lieutenants and Valiants, keep your Defend up, and be aggressive with your Charge and Shieldbreaker. If you're not keen on getting stomped your first couple times trying this, you can group for it with other players - this makes breaking through the Commander's Defend Stack very easy. Once you have all three slain, return to Eadric for your reward.

Threat From Above (Group)

Unlocked by completing the quest chain starting with "The Black Knight of.... Silverpine/Westfall"

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 2x Champion's Seal, choice of Champion's Writ OR Champion's Purse and 250 Reputation for each: The Silver Covenant and The Argent Crusade

Pick this up from Eadric the Pure in the tent (69, 23) on the West side of the Tournament Grounds. Bring some friends along and make your way to the Ironwall Rampart (44, 31) in Southern Icecrown. Here you'll see a rather large Frostwyrm (Chillmaw - Level 82 Elite). Using your own abilites, and the help of a couple friends, defeat Chillmaw and the three Cultist Bombardier he is carrying. If you have low health, watch out for the "Mines" being dropped by the humanoids. This quest can be solo'd by certain classes in Tier 7.5 or better, but it is not advised. Chillmaw hits rather hard on non-plate wearers. When you've received credit for your kills, return to Eadric to claim your reward.

Among the Champions

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal, choice of Champion's Writ OR Champion's Purse and 250 Reputation for each: The Silver Covenant and The Argent Crusade

After accepting this quest from Luuri in the tent (69, 23) on the West side of the Tournament Grounds, make your way to the The Ring of Champions (72, 23) just East of the tent Luuri is in. Hop on your race's mount and prepare for combat. Just like "The Grand Melee", this quest pits you against representives of the ten player-races of Azeroth in Honorable Combat. As previously explained, the tactics of the individual races are rather in depth, but nothing close to difficult. Be aware that the Champions are much more aggressive than the Valiants you've fought before and they start with a three stack of Defend. With liberal use of Shieldbreaker and Charge you'll have four Champions yielding to your prowess in minutes. Return to Luuri when you've bested four Champions to claim your prize.

Taking Battle to the Enemy

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal, choice of Champion's Writ OR Champion's Purse and 250 Reputation for each: The Silver Covenant and The Argent Crusade

Acquire this quest from Cellian Daybreak in the tent (69, 23) on the West side of the Tournament Grounds, and head West to Deathspeaker Watch (62, 20). Once you've arrived, have your fill of slaying the mortal sympathizers of the Scourge. Kill any combination of 15 Dark Zealots or Dark Ritualists in the area. Once you have killed 15, return to Cellian Daybreak for your reward.

Crusader Dailies

You are granted two dailies in addition to the Champion Quests once you reach this rank; a total of 6 quests. These quests are unlocked by gaining the achievement Exalted Champion of the Alliance, which requires Champion Status and Exalted Reputation with the Applicable Capital Cities (Darnassus, Exodar, Gnomeregan Exiles, Ironforge and Stormwind), as well as Exalted Reputation with the Argent Crusade.

One of four given at random per day: Deathspeaker Kharos / Drottin Hrothgar / Mistcaller Yngvar / Ornolf The Scarred

Along with one of two given at random per day: Get Kraken! / The Fate of the Fallen

Deathspeaker Kharos

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal

Pick up this quest from High Crusader Adelard in the tent (69, 23) on the West side of the Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. Make your way to Deathspeaker's Watch (64, 21) to the West of the Tournament. There you will find Deathspeaker Kharos. This is rather straight forward, he is your typical Level 80 Non-Elite, soloable by any class. Kill him and return to Adelard for the reward.

Drottin Hrothgar

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal

Pick up this quest from High Crusader Adelard in the tent (69, 23) on the West side of the Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. This quest will require you to travel the new zone Hrothgar's Landing, north of Icecrown across the strait. When you reach the island, make your way to the Northern side of the island (50, 15) near the statues of the Tuskarr Elders. Once there, use the provided Kvaldir War Horn to summon Drottinn Hrothgar. He is your typical Level 80 Non-Elite, easily soloable and with no abilities worth noting. Once you have killed him, return to Adelard for your reward.

Mistcaller Yngvar

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal

Pick up this quest from High Crusader Adelard in the tent (69, 23) on the West side of the Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. Like three of Adelard's four possible daily quests, this one brings you to Hrothgar's Landing - across a strait to the North of the Tournament Grounds. When you reach the island, head to the Southwestern corner of the island, to the cave located at (43, 24). Once inside use the provided Mistcaller's Charm to summon Yngvar. As per the usual he is your typical Level 80 Non-Elite. Once you have him slain, return to Adelard for your reward.

Ornolf The Scarred

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal

Pick up this quest from High Crusader Adelard in the tent (69, 23) on the West side of the Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. Travel North to Hrothgar's Landing and look for the ship docked on the Southeastern shore. Once you are on the Bor's Fury (58, 31), use the provided Captured Kvaldir Banner to summon Ornolf. He is easily dispatched by any class. Return to Adelard once this is done to claim your reward.

Get Kraken!

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal

Get this quest from Crusader Silverdawn (69, 23 - Standing beside Adelard) at the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. Similar to the Shattered Sun Offensive daily quest, "The Air Strikes Must Continue", this is a railed bombing quest that requires you to "shoot" a predefined number of targets while riding an uncontrolled vehicle-mount. Use the Stabled Argent Hippogryph (69, 22), located outside the Argent Pavillion to begin the run. While en route to the bombing area, make the following macro:

/tar North Sea Kraken
/use Flaming Spears
/tar Kvaldir Deepcaller
/use Flaming Spears

When you reach the bombing area (47, 53 - Hrothgar's Landing) begin spamming the macro while the Hippogryph makes its laps around the ships. Within two complete passes of the vessels you will have slain six Kvaldir Deepcaller and hit the North Sea Kraken eight times. But be aware that the Kraken changes sides at set intervals and it is possible to make a full trip without being in range of him. If this happens, wait 20 seconds to start your next circuit, this will put the Kraken in time with your mount. Return to Silverdawn when your objectives are complete.

The Fate of the Fallen

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal

Pick up this quest from Crusader Silverdawn (69, 23 - Standing beside Adelard) at the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. Make your way to the Valley of Fallen Heroes (50, 38) in Icecrown. Scattered around the area you will find Discarded Soul Crystals (Blue glowing objects), gather six of them. Now use the provided Light-Blessed Relic on six Fallen Hero's Spirit, the targets are neutral and will not attack. To get quest credit, the mob in question cannot be "Chained" by any of the nearby Scourge Converter (you'll notice the animation). Once six Spirits are put to rest return to Silverdawn.

The Silver Covenant Dailies

These dailies are unlocked by gaining The Silver Confidant achievement which requires you to attain Exalted Reputation with the The Silver Covenant and earn the right to represent a city at the Argent Tournament (Become a Champion). You will then be able to do three additional quests:

One quest which is available every day: You've Really Done it This Time, Kul

As well as one of four given at random per day: A Leg Up / Rescue At Sea / Stop The Aggressors / The Light's Mercy

The third quest will be one of the following three, given at random per day: Breakfast of Champions / Gormok Wants His Snobolds / What Do You Feed a Yeti, Anyway?

You've Really Done it This Time, Kul

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal

Acquire this quest from Narasi Snowdawn (76, 19) at the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. Make your way to Deathspeaker's Watch (66, 20) West of the Tournament Grounds and begin killing the nearby mobs for their Black Cage Keys. Its ideal to couple this quest with Taking Battle to the Enemy. Continute killing Zealots and Ritualists until you've collected five keys. Use four of the keys on the cages in the immediate area. The fifth, you'll be using to free Kul the Reckless, he is held on an elevated platform (61, 23), in the Southern section of Deathspeaker's Watch. Free him and return to Narasi for your reward.

A Leg Up

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal

Pick this quest up from Narasi Snowdawn (76, 19) at the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. Travel north to Hrothgar's Landing. There you will collect a total of ten Stolen Tallstrider Legs. You can find them as objects scattered throughout the island, or as drops from the local Kvaldir. Once you've collected all ten, return to Narasi Snowdawn for your reward.

Rescue At Sea

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal

Pick this quest up from Narasi Snowdawn (76, 19) at the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. This quest requires you to slay Kvaldir assaulting the Alliance vessel in the strait North of the Tournament Grounds. Make your way to (44, 53) in Hrothgar's Landing (East side of the strait). Once you touch down, start killing off the spawning mobs. In total you will need eight Kvaldir Berserkers and three Kvaldir Harpooners. The friendly NPCs will assist you if they are not preoccupied at the time. Also, keep an eye out for the North Sea Kraken that also attacks the ship. His damage is minimal while you're on the vessel, but his Frost Breath will put a snaring debuff on you that will incapacitate your character for a few seconds. Once you're done, drop combat and return to Narasi for your reward.

Stop The Aggressors

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal

Pick this quest up from Narasi Snowdawn (76, 19) at the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. Once you have it logged, make your way to Hrothgar's Landing (50, 29) North of the Tournament Grounds. This quest requires that you kill ANY ten Kvaldir. They are scattered throughout the entire island. When you have killed your ten, return to Narasi for your reward.

The Light's Mercy

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal

Pick up this quest from Narasi Snowdawn (76, 19) at the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. Head North to Hrothgar's Landing. The island was formally a Tuskarr settlement before the seafaring Kvaldir attacked. Use the provided Confessor's Prayer Book on the Slain Tualiq Villagers scattered throughout the South and Eastern portions of the Island. When you've administered Last Rites to eight of the slain innocents, return to Narasi for your reward.

Breakfast of Champions

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal

Pick up this quest from Savinia Loresong (76, 19) at the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. Head to the Flight Master and make your way to The Storm Peaks. Once in the zone you have to get to the Foot Steppes (41, 56) in the central part of the zone. Surrounding the Engine of the Makers, you will find snow mounds. Use the provided Earthshaker Drum near them to spawn a Deep Jormunger or a Stormforged Marauder, slay them and repeat this process until you've killed four Jormungar and looted their Jormungar Egg Sacs. Return to Savinia for your reward.

Gormok Wants His Snobolds

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal

Acquire this quest from Savinia Loresong (76, 19) at the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. Travel to K3 in the Southern part of The Storm Peaks and make your way Northeast to Garm's Bane (42, 81). There, use the provided Weighted Net to capture eight of the passing Snowblind Followers. Once you've used the item you can run if the Arctic Kobolds are a little too fast for you. The mobs have no aggro tables and will keep running to their deaths at the hands of the K3 Goblins. Use any form of slowing effect at your classes' disposal to make this easier (Frost Trap, Earthbind Totem, Slow, etc). Once you've subdued eight, return to Savinia for your reward.

What Do You Feed a Yeti, Anyway?

Reward(s): 13g 23s, 1x Champion's Seal

Pick up this quest from Savinia Loresong (76, 19) at the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. Make your way down into the strait to the North of the Grounds. There, you will find a Alliance vessel at the base of the Glacier (66, 8). On board you'll see Buckets of Fresh Chum. Take five and jump into the water, once you're in the water use the Fresh Chum. One of three sharks, OR an Angry Kvaldir will spawn. The humanoid has no loot, but the sharks drop North Sea Shark Meat at a 100% rate. Repeat this until you have the required three meat and return to Savinia for your reward.
